Why does MI AMOR PARIS use a 25% fragrance oil concentration?

Our perfumes are crafted with a 25% pure fragrance oil concentration, placing them in the Extrait de Parfum category. This provides a richer fragrance, greater depth and exceptional longevity compared with perfumes containing a lower fragrance-oil concentration.

What is Extrait de Parfum?

Extrait de Parfum is one of the most concentrated forms of fine fragrance. Its higher concentration of fragrance oil creates a richer scent profile, slower evaporation and longer-lasting performance.

How long do MI AMOR PARIS perfumes last?

Our perfumes are designed to last for up to 12 hours or longer. Actual longevity may vary depending on weather conditions, skin chemistry, application method and the environment.

Why does perfume smell different on different people?

Are your perfumes only for men or women?

How should I apply perfume?

Spray the perfume onto pulse points such as the neck, wrists, behind the ears and inner elbows. Allow it to dry naturally without rubbing the skin. You may also lightly spray it on your clothes after first testing it on a small, hidden area.

This is known as olfactory fatigue or nose blindness. After being exposed to a familiar scent for some time, your nose may temporarily become less sensitive to it, even though people around you can still smell the fragrance.

Candles

How long do MI AMOR PARIS candles burn?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle, wick maintenance and surrounding conditions. Always follow the candle-care instructions provided for the best performance.

How do I get an even candle burn?

During the first use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing the flame. This helps prevent tunnelling and supports a more even burn throughout the candle’s life.

How often should I trim the wick?

Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before every burn. This helps reduce soot and encourages a clean, controlled and even flame.

How long should I burn a candle at one time?

For the best experience, burn your candle for approximately 2–4 hours at a time. Avoid burning it continuously for excessively long periods.

Can I leave my candle unattended?

No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always keep it away from children, pets, curtains, drafts and other flammable materials, and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Can I use the hand wash frequently?

Yes. Our hand wash is designed for regular use and helps keep the hands clean, soft and pleasantly fragranced.

Does the hand wash leave a lingering fragrance?

Yes. It leaves a light and refreshing fragrance on the hands after washing without being overpowering.

Diffuser Oils

What are diffuser oils used for?

Our diffuser oils are created to fragrance indoor spaces. They can be used with compatible aroma diffusers, oil burners or potpourri according to the instructions supplied with the device.

Are diffuser oils the same as perfumes?

No. Perfumes are formulated for application on the body, whereas diffuser oils are intended to scent indoor spaces. Diffuser oils should not be applied directly to the skin unless the product label specifically states otherwise.

How many drops should I use?

Most aroma diffusers require only a small amount of oil. Begin with approximately 3–5 drops and adjust the quantity according to the size of the room, the diffuser instructions and your fragrance preference.

Can I mix different diffuser oils?

What if I receive a damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
